We've got some floorplans too, that I sketched up during the inspection. They're probably accurate to within a foot or so in any linear measurement.

There's about 540 square feet of living space on the first floor, and 480 square feet on the second floor. The basement adds another 500 square feet of unfinished space. We're working hard to make it a more enjoyable space- that's where my office is!
